With 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sunita Bajaj is the Managing Director for Fortis Lux Financial. She is a Registered Principal and responsible for over 100 financial professionals and advisors, along with her leadership team. She holds her securities licenses and is a Registered Principal.

Sunita started her career as an advisor and financial planner in 2002, and built long term relations with her clients, before she assumed a leadership role in 2008 as an Agency Sales Director. Sunita is dedicated to attracting talented and quality advisors who are committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals through a comprehensive approach to financial empowerment. She is committed to the growth of the financial professionals through practice acquisition and succession planning as well as by creating business development opportunities and strategic alliances through her extensive network and experience.

Sunita is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Women in Financial Services (WIFS), American Association of Life Underwriters (AALU).

Serving on the Board of Directors for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce as an Executive VP for 12 years she has been engaged in the community through her volunteer work for various social and economic initiatives. Sunita was awarded the 2016 Corporate Social Responsibility Award by City & State Reports. She is also the NYC co-chair of the International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC), an organization focused on providing a platform for women business owners, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Sunita has a Master of Arts in history. She resides in New York City and enjoys arts and culture, and Broadway Theatre. She likes spending time with family/friends and loves to travel.
