Jay is a Financial Advisor with Fortis Lux Financial. He brings extensive investment management experience to the firm, having worked at some of the largest and most well respected money management companies, including Franklin-Templeton, INVESCO and Deutsche Bank. He is a fundamentally trained equity research analyst, and a specialist in the Technology, Media & Telecommunication sectors.

In 2000, Jay was named lead Portfolio Manager of the INVESCO GT Technology Fund. During this time there, he helped to design and implement, he designed and implemented a proprietary investment process, and managed a seven person team overseeing more than $1.5 billion in assets.

At Fortis Lux Financial, Jay is well versed in asset allocation strategies, portfolio construction techniques, stock selection, and risk management. As an investment advisor representative, he helps clients develop a comprehensive financial strategy that includes the benefits of a professionally managed portfolio.

Jay has a B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
