She focused on optimizing complex workflows, leveraging AI-driven solutions, and improving organizational efficiency at scale. Her experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment continues to shape her approach to modernizing operations.

Karmen began her career at Fortis Lux and progressed into a leadership role overseeing the firm’s marketing function, as well as key business initiatives and cross-functional projects. She partnered closely with C-level leadership and teams across the organization to align priorities, drive decision-making, and execute high-impact initiatives.
