Zakia Benzoubeier is an Associate Managing Director withFortis Lux Financial. She is attending Penn State University to complete her MPS degree in Psychology of Leadership. And she holds her series7, 63, 65, and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Zakia is a highly dedicated and result-oriented professional who earned a wining reputation for increasing market share by delivering outstanding client-centered services, along with building, maintaining, and fostering strong relationships with her team members. She champions all aspects of contract negotiations, client service management, financial planning and analysis, as well as portfolio management. She brings with her over fifteen years of transferable experience in directing sales and business development initiatives.

Zakia was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco. She moved to the US to further her studies and pursue the American dream. She has spent most of her career in Midtown, Manhattan and now resides on Long Island with her husband and two children. She loves to travel the world and learn about different cultures. One of her biggest strengths is her ability to fluently speak, read, and write Arabic, French, English, and conversational Italian &Spanish.
