Jay is a Financial Advisor with Fortis Lux.  He brings extensive investment management experience to the firm, having worked at some of the largest and most well respected money management companies, including Franklin-Templeton, INVESCO and Deutsche Bank.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a specialist in the Technology, Media & Telecommunication sectors.

In 2000, Jay was named lead Portfolio Manager of the INVESCO GT Technology Fund.  He designed and implemented a proprietary investment process, and managed a 7-person team overseeing more than $1.5 billion in assets.

Jay is well versed in institutional-class asset allocation strategies, portfolio construction techniques, securities selection, and risk management.  As a registered investment advisor, he helps clients develop a comprehensive financial strategy that includes the benefits of an actively managed portfolio.

Jay has a B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
